設備点検

施設内を巡回し

チェックシートをもとに点検します。

簡単なメンテナンス/修繕作業

電球の交換やドアの修繕など、

DIYのような作業です。

管理室での待機時間もあり、

比較的ゆとりあるスケジュールで

勤務できます。

電気工事士やボイラー技士など、

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

08:30~ 朝礼(当日の作業内容の確認など)

08:45~12:00 各種点検作業

12:00~13:00 昼食

13:00~16:00 各種点検・検針作業

16:00~17:15 管理室待機

17:15~17:30 終礼

17:30 退社

※緊急トラブルがなければ基本的に定時退社
