Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Hirafu Area. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local labor laws, fostering a positive work culture, and coordinating internal training and development programs. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to address workforce needs and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. We also require this role to be Japanese and English speaking reading and writing.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and handling labor law compliance
- Leadership and communication skills for fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Experience in performance management, training, and professional development initiatives
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts, mediate workplace issues, and manage employee grievances effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an major advantage
