【仕事内容】
【勤務初日の仕事の流れ】
〇午前:導入教育
会議室の中で3h程度の座学を行い、製品の取り扱いや注意事項を学んでいただきます。
〇午後:実務開始
個人での業務からスタートします。
集団で行うライン作業ではないので、時間に追われる事なく自分のペースで焦らず覚えられます。

片山電機株式会社は1970年に創業、「カメラ用、医療用、アシスト自転車用の電池パック」の生産を主に行っています。
安全第一を重視し社員同士が協力し合い、共に前進する風土が根付いています。
スタッフ全員が「淡路市・洲本市・南あわじ市」在住で、車やバイクで通勤しています。
男性・女性を問わず中途入社の方が活躍中の職場で、平均年齢は53歳(29歳~64歳)です。
冷暖房完備、食堂スペース完備の働きやすい環境です。
1階外には自動販売機があり、屋外に喫煙場所も設置しています。

生産ライン管理業務(設備管理中心)を主に行うお仕事です。
