※定期的にメンテしている自社施工物件は劣化・不備箇所の修繕見積提案など、物件担当者と協力して予防修繕を実施することにより、トラブルを未然に防いで、オーナー・施設利用者の安心・信頼へ繋がる仕事です。

仕事内容


主に建物設備の保守管理、緊急対応の担当をお任せいたします。

会社全体の最後の砦として、私たちと一緒に会社を守っていただける方を求めています。

[具体的な業務内容】

  • 自社施工 貯水槽(ポンプ・制御機器)の点検や清掃、電気設備工事

設備点検業務(主に給排水システム)

空調フィルター清掃・他部署から依頼された修繕施工

報告書の作成

  • 緊急対応 当社管理物件の夜間休日の突発案件に対して現場へ臨場し、一時対応及び復旧対応

当番制:月6回程度(土日祝の当番日もあり)

・緊急対応例 断水原因を調査して給水を確保する

漏水等状況確認及び原因調査をして、養生・原因水源の止水をする

その場ですぐ修理ができるものであれば対応しますが、

そうでない場合、現状から悪化しないよう応急処置を行います。

【夜間休日緊急対応について】

・当社で管理しているビル・マンション・公営住宅からヘルプデスク(営業時間外の電話対応)にお問い合わせがあった際に、当番制で対応いたします。

・当番が月6回程度に対して実際に現場に向かって対応するのは、月平均1~2回程度です。

・現場では基本一人で対応しますが、対応に苦慮するような事態では先輩・同僚に連絡して対応するようにしています。

・内容によっては他の社員と協力して対応することもあります。

【入社後の流れ】

・先輩社員に同行して、現場対応や様々な業務を見て学んでいただきます。

・最初は現場に上司と行き、理解度を高めて、慣れていきながら習熟度に合わせて業務をお任せしていきます。

・夜間の当番デビューは、業務習得度によりますが入社3ヶ月後程度を予定しています。

※要請により出動した場合、別途手当を支給いたします。

月給 260,000円~270,000円
