【出荷工程の管理業務】
- 仕事内容
(雇入れ直後)
当社のお取引先の請負現場に常駐し、進捗管理や労務管理をお願いします。
付随して、事務処理業務も担当していただきます。
現場では、工場で製造した油圧機器の出荷工程を請け負っています。
はじめは現場の工程に入り、実際の業務を覚えることからスタートします。
一通りの業務を把握していただいた後は、下記の業務がメインとなります。
- お取引先の担当者との打合せ
- 作業の進捗確認、管理、調整
- スタッフの労務管理、育成、フォロー
- マニュアルや手順書の作成、改訂 など
デスクワークを含むので、パソコンを使った事務作業の経験も活かせます。

・駅チカJR並河駅から徒歩5分もちろん、マイカー通勤もOKです。

【給与】
月額賃金 282,000円以上(職務手当を含む)
※職務手当は、固定残業代として、時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を一律支給。
※月30時間を超える時間外労働が発生した場合は、追加で支給。
昇給:年1回
賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
※上記は最低保証の金額です。
※年齢や経験を考慮し、弊社規定により決定いたします。
※通勤交通費は別途全額支給(規定あり)

役員(中途入社) 年収 1,540万円~2,310万円
課長(新卒入社) 年収 702万円
役職なし(新卒入社) 年収 427万円
