■業務内容
世界中の医療機器や精密分析装置、環境測定、美容福祉機器に使用されている「EMPポンプ」の開発設計をお任せします。
特に試作品など少規模の開発も受注しており、顧客の要望をふまえた柔軟なカスタマイズ開発にこだわりを持って取り組んでいるため、国内外の大手メーカーをはじめ多くの企業の信頼を得ています。
■具体的には
【業務範囲】製品の開発、設計(機構、構造、部品設計)、試作、試験、量産化まで
※製品開発における工程の一部分だけではなく、開発から量産移管までのすべての工程に携わります。
【顧客例】オリンパス、HOYA、富士フイルム、シャープ、パナソニック、堀場製作所、島津製作所
【活用例】内視鏡、胃カメラや大腸カメラの光源装置、排ガス測定装置、歯科医院での装置、手術用のマイクロスコープ、映画館の空気清浄装置、オゾン発生器 など。ここ最近はワクチン製造や生体検査装置にも使用されているため、需要が急上昇しています。
■業務の進め方:
・1案件を営業とともに担当し、プロジェクトにおいて技術開発の責任者として裁量をもって取り組んでいただきます。常時、既存の改修やリモデルも含めて20~30件のプロジェクトが走っており、各メンバーが必ず1件以上は新規開発のプロジェクトに携わることになっています。
・週に一回、メンバー全員の業務進捗状況を必ず確認しているため、負担が偏ることがなく、残業はほとんど発生しません(多くても月10h以内)。
・業務の可視化/共有化を推進するため、週1回営業・技術・資材と全メンバーが集まり、個々の業務内容について報告、アドバイスを求めるミーティングを行っています。
■社風:
技術グループの最年長は48歳。社内の主なメンバーは40代後半~50代前半で社長も40代後半です。個性を尊重しながらも、業務への取り組み姿勢・協調性・仕事に対する努力や誠実さなども大事にする社風があります。
■環境:
恵比寿/代官山駅からいずれも徒歩5分ほど。有名建築家デザインの自社ビルです。
技術フロアは南向きで大きな窓からは自然光が入る明るいフロアです。設計ツールは3DCAD。3Dプリンターを使用し、アイデアをすぐ形に出来るので試作もスムーズです。

・ポンプ、真空、油圧機器、回転駆動機構、小型精密、流体機械設計、分析装置などに関する機械設計経験者
・ポンプを使用する製品の開発設計経験者
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
賞与は入社2年目から支給。支給金額は個人の成績と功績により決定。
