仕事内容:

クライアントの業務システム開発を、

PMが策定した要求定義をもとに実装する

エンジニアポジションです。

PMが整理した要求定義に基づき、

要件定義から設計・実装・テストまでの工程を担当します。

単に言われた通りに開発するのではなく、

「なぜこの仕様が必要なのか」を理解したうえで、

より良い実装方法や改善案を考えながら

業務システムを構築していくポジションです。

Claude Code等の生成AIも活用しながら、

効率と品質の両立を図った開発が可能です。

将来的には、実装担当としてだけでなく、

設計や技術選定にも関わるエンジニアとしての

活躍を期待しています。

具体的な業務内容

  • kintoneアプリの設計・構築(フィールド設計、プロセス管理、権限設定等)
  • JavaScriptを用いたkintoneカスタマイズ開発
  • Google Apps Scriptを用いた業務自動化・連携処理の実装
  • 外部SaaS(MAツール、SFA、チャットツール等)とのAPI連携開発
  • テスト・動作確認およびリリース対応

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制(フルフレックス)※標準労働時間8時間/日(規定上、1日の労働が3時間未満の場合は欠勤扱いとなります。)
  • コアタイム:なし
  • フレキシブルタイム:5:00~22:00
  • 休憩時間1時間(好きなタイミングで取得可)
