◆買手企業様のご要望に応じた具体的なM&A提案

ロングリストの企業様への資本提携の打診を行う

◆提携金融機関とのリレーションシップ

買手/売手希望企業のご紹介推進

M&Aは単なるマッチングによって成立するものではありません。

企業様のM&A(買収)を軸にした成長戦略をお伺いし、その中でM&A戦略を選択する価値をお伝えしております。

戦略提案ともなると一般的な戦略コンサルファームと同様に「変革の主体者はクライアント」と聞こえてしまいますが、

MACP全社でM&A実行の強力なサポートも行っており、「企業様の変革の主体者」になれるポジションです。

既存の保有案件を活用した提案も行いますが、

企業様のご要望に応じてロングリストを作成し自ら開拓も行いますため、

提案の幅は無限といっても過言ではございません。

ITシステムや、社内リソースはもちろん、提携金融機関のリソースも含め、あらゆるリソースも活用した世界最高峰のM&A戦略提案を行います。
