【仕事内容】

グロービスが展開するデジタルプロダクトの信頼性確保と持続的な開発を支援するSRE職です。

グロービスが展開するさまざまなデジタルプロダクトを、SREとして横断的に支援いただきます。主なデジタルプロダクトには、以下のようなものがあります。

・ビジネス動画コンテンツサービス『GLOBIS学び放題 / Unlimited』(toB、toC)

・戦略人事の実現を支援するSaaSプロダクト『GLOPLA LMS』(toB)

・オンラインでライブ授業などを提供する『グロービス経営大学院 ナノ単科』(toC)

KubernetesやAWSを活用したシステムの設計・構築、運用・保守、監視・障害対応を行います。

また、開発チームと連携し、開発体験の向上や開発速度のボトルネック解消にも取り組んでいます。

【具体的には】

・Kubernetes と AWS を中心とした新規システムの構成設計、構築

・開発チームとの協議を通じたアーキテクチャの検討、支援

・稼働中の全サービスを Kubernetes へ移行するプロジェクトの推進

・SLO プラクティスの導入、実践による信頼性確保の取り組み

・状況や依頼に応じたシステムのチューニング、設定変更

・定期的な作業(トイル)の自動化やコスト改善

・デプロイパイプラインの設計、保守、改善

【求める人材】

・ AWS か GCP を利用した Web アプリケーションの構築もしくは運用経験がある

・ Kubernetes、Docker などコンテナ関連技術の production 環境における運用経験がある

・ Infrastructure as Code によるインフラ管理のノウハウがある

・ Linux、ネットワーク(TCP/IP モデル、HTTP 等)の基礎知識がある

・ ポジション、言語を問わず、業務でのプログラミング経験がある(シェルスクリプトを除く)

【給与】

年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
