Job DescriptionLearn the immigration products and services offered by the company (mainly investment immigration, business immigration, and related high-net-worth solutions).
Accurately identify client needs, especially for high-net-worth individuals seeking immigration and investment solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Follow up on high-quality client leads provided by the company and successfully convert them into signed deals.
Expand business opportunities through private networks, industry associations, and high-end events.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Required
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
At least 1 year of sales experience in high-net-worth client services (investment, real estate, finance, luxury education, immigration, etc. preferred).
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong goal orientation, resilience under pressure, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Legal status to work in Japan (citizenship, permanent resident, valid work visa, etc.).
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Japan (Remote).
Remuneration:
Base Salary with a strong Commission Structure (Details discussed upon interview).
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.

熟悉公司提供的移民产品及服务(投资移民、商业移民、高净值方案等),准确把握客户需求。
制定有效的销售策略,面向高净值客户群体提供专业解决方案,完成业绩指标。
快速跟进公司提供的优质客户资源,并成功转化签约。
维护客户关系,提供后续服务,确保客户满意度。
严格遵守合规要求,维护公司专业形象与声誉。
要求:
中英文流利,具备跨文化沟通能力。
至少1年高净值客户销售经验(移民、投资、房地产、金融、高端教育等行业优先)。
拥有合法身份可在日本工作(公民、绿卡、有效工签等)。
具备优秀的目标导向与抗压能力,善于在高强度环境下达成成果。
本科及以上学历优先。
优秀的沟通、演讲、组织能力,擅长多任务处理。
