Consulting experience in planning and strategy development for SAP implementation projects.
Experience in developing solutions combining SAP and related SaaS (such as BlackLine, Ariba, WalkMe) in the areas of Finance/Accounting (FI) or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Desire to challenge themselves in global deployment planning, template building, and rollout promotion.For Manager level:
Multiple project management experiences (2 years or more).

Preferred Skills
S/4 Accounting Experience:
FI-GL/AP/AR/AA, CO, TRM, ICMR, BPC, SAC, MDG, GR.
S/4 SCM Experience:
SD/MM/PS/CS/FSM (modules for overseas sales companies).
Knowledge in the SCM domain is particularly welcome due to the expansion of S/4 HANA Public Cloud projects.
Experience with Ariba or BlackLine and a desire to expand skills into the S/4 HANA domain.
Experience in global blueprint/strategy formulation.
Experience in global projects, especially rollouts.
English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).

The department provides SAP solutions to customers in all industries, promoting system construction using SAP solutions. The Group boasts over 2,000 SAP consultants across the organization with extensive construction know-how from over 700 projects. The organization is also an SAP user company, with over 45,000 employees operating on its own SAP system.
Recently, the introduction of SaaS solutions like BlackLine, which support the DX of financial and accounting processes not covered by traditional ERP and facilitate early closing, has become active.
The department is strengthening its structure to support the introduction of these solutions.Background of Recruitment
The demand for core system renewal is increasing, as noted in the "2025 Digital Cliff" pointed out by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in its DX Report (Sept Although mainstream support for SAP ERP has been extended to the end of 2027, the necessity for companies to undertake Digital Transformation (DX) remains unchanged.
The organization, which has promoted its SAP business since 1994, aims for further business growth by capitalizing on this renewal demand for DX.
Furthermore, cloud utilization has become mainstream for core system implementation, increasing customer demand for cloud-native system construction.We are launching the BlackLine solution to meet the need for DX of traditionally manual tasks, in addition to implementing systems combining SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.

Key ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
Target composable ERP by combining SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and related SaaS (SAP FieldService, BTP, BlackLine, Ariba, WalkMe, etc.).
The role involves promotion as an integrated business—from concept formulation utilizing the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and the Group's structural reform cases, to Global Template construction, Group/Global rollout, and Global AMS—in collaboration with various the Group companies and SaaS vendors.
Job Details:
Promoting ERP implementation projects, primarily centered on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Engaging in proposal activities, new business development, concept formulation, global template construction, rollout, and AMS support.
Promoting global projects through collaboration with various Group companies, overseas subsidiaries, and SaaS vendors.

The primary focus is on Global deployment projects for customers headquartered in Japan. (An organization that handles concept formulation to Global Template construction, rollout, and AMS consistently.)
Overseas rollouts are promoted in collaboration with Group's overseas subsidiaries.
By promoting projects utilizing the Global Strategy Formulation methodology based on the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework, you can drive projects from the upstream phases.
Projects involve planning the next SAP business development, allowing you to experience a wide range of products by combining S/4 HANA with surrounding SaaS (e.g., expanding S/4 Accounting consulting to BlackLine), thereby broadening your skill set.
Working EnvironmentAssigned Organization/Team:
The Enterprise Package Solution Headquarters has approximately 130 employees. Many members have experience working overseas, providing opportunities to be involved in global projects.
The culture encourages proactiveness and mutual teaching (voluntary study sessions are held as needed, and there is participation in SAP Hackathons, etc.).
Flexible Work Style:
As of February 2024, working styles are diverse, including remote work, office work, and customer site visits. Flexible arrangements can be made according to personal circumstances (easy to take remote work and holidays). Communication is maintained by meeting face-to-face once a week among team members to prevent communication breakdowns. Business trips or on-site assignments to the project location may be required.
