製造業等を中心に、 SCM および ECM(PLM)関連 のPJデリバリーを遂行していただきます。

具体的には、下記におけるリードメンバー/メンバクラスいずれかにて、サービス提供を完遂する役割を期待します。

■SCM/ECM企画構想 / 業務要件定義 / システム化要件定義

■SAP導入支援

■PLM導入支援

■SCM/ECMプロジェクトPMO支援

■SAP運用保守支援

■大手機械メーカー様向け:グローバルSCM業務要件定義(SAP S/4 PP,PS,SD,MM関連)

■大手空調メーカー様向け:SCM業務要件定義(SAP S/4 DP関連)

■大手化学メーカー様向け:SCM改善+データ利活用(SAP S/4 DP,PP,SD関連)

■大手電機メーカー様向け:グローバルSCM/PLM導入支援(SAP PP,MM,SD関連、PLM Teamcenter関連)

【募集背景】

時代のニーズとして、基幹システム刷新のニーズは増加しておりますが、旧来のERP更新ではなく、 ECM~SCMを(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■製造業にて 「製品設計・開発」「生産計画」「需給調整」「販売計画」「原価・損益管理」 のうち、2つ以上の領域の業務/システム経験2年以上

※「製品設計・開発」「生産計画」「需要調整」の経験を優先要件とする

【歓迎経験・スキル】

以下のいずれか1つ以上持つ方を優先します。

■SCM あるいは ECM/PLM に関する コンサルティング経験

■SAP S/4 HANA PP,DS,PS,SD,MMのいずれかの導入経験

■SAP IBPの導入経験

■キナクシス ラピッドレスポンス導入経験

■ECM/SCM/BOM/MRPの業務経験/知識

■PLM シーメンスTeamcenter または PTC Windchillの導入経験

■BOM(設計BOM/生産BOM) 、 BOPの業務経験/知識

■ERPを活用した業務とITの一体的改革 、 チェンジマネジメント(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
