・会議室やホールの予約、貸出案内、利用後のチェック

・当財団管理施設で開催されるイベントのチケット販売業務

・電話対応

・窓口応対、接客対応

・備品管理

受付事務業務全般をお願いします。

地域文化の振興や市民の文化活動支援を目的とし、幅広い層の人々が利用できる場所です。

・クラシック演奏会、コンサート

・ポピュラー公演

・展示会、美術展

・トークライブ

・演劇

などを主に開催しています。

業務のポイント

市川市文化会館は、

ホール、展示室、練習室、会議室など多数。

「近隣企業の会議利用」

「個人での楽器練習」

「コンサートの本番」

など、用途も様々です。

職員は利用者さん1人1人に寄り添って

自分の言葉でご案内をしています。

お客様の嬉しい日を支えるのが受付業務。

ホールを利用される方はもちろん、

来場される皆さんにも

丁寧な対応・心遣いを大切にしております。

令和8年4月1日~令和9年3月31日(更新あり)

  • 未経験者歓迎
  • パソコンの基本操作ができる方(ワード・エクセル必須)

市川市文化会館

早番:8:45~15:30

遅番:15:00~21:45(月4日程度)

※休憩45分間

※土・日・祝 勤務有

【勤務日数】

週3日程度のシフト制

(※早番・遅番どちらのシフトも担当していただきます。)

基本給:時給 1262円 〜

遅番手当/1日につき600円有

文化施設の管理という珍しい職種なため、未経験スタートの方がほとんどです。

前職は事務職という方が多く、PC操作、メール送信、データ入力など、事務経験がある方はより活躍出来る仕事です
