仕事内容:
株式会社HTSライズは、金融・鉄道・電力・ガス・官公庁など、社会インフラを支えるITプロジェクトを多数手掛けています。
今回募集するのは、これらの案件でチームの中心として動くプロジェクトリーダー職。
適性や経験に応じて、以下のような業務をお任せします。
- システム全体の企画立案・方針策定
- 要件定義・基本設計などの上流工程
- ベンダーコントロール・進行管理・品質管理
- 運用・保守フェーズにおける改善提案・最適化
客先常駐と自社内開発をローテーションしながら、幅広い技術を磨くことができます。
開発だけでなく、エンドユーザーと直接折衝し、課題解決をリードできるポジションです。

◎月給:300,000円~500,000円
◎想定年収:4,500,000円~8,000,000円
※賃金の決定方法:当社規定により決定
◎試用期間: 6ヶ月
