プロのお客様は週2~5回の頻度で買いに来てくださる方が多く、アミカスタッフとは顔見知りの仲。

例えば春には送別会などのイベントや、お花見に向けてのコーナーを作ったり、夏にはかき氷の特設コーナーを作るなど、イベントに合わせた売り場作りが出来ますよ。

未経験の方も研修があるので安心。

レジ・品出しスタッフ募集。アミカの店舗スタッフとして、商品補充・陳列(品出し)、レジ業務、清掃、賞味期限チェック、接客等をお願いします。

様々なお仕事をお願いしていきますが、マニュアルハンドブックを完備しているので、それを見ながら一つ一つじっくり覚えていけばOKです。しっかりサポートするので、安心してくださいね。

勤務時間


・勤務時間:

・最低勤務日数(週):3日

  • シフト自己申告制。シフト提出サイクル

毎月15日までに翌1ヶ月分のシフトを確定。

希望休2~3日OK※ほぼ申請通りのシフトに

なりますが、場合によっては調整をお願い

することもあります。

  • つまり、日祝&17時以降なら時給1420円(時給150円UP)

<パートさん(30代/主婦)>

  • 月収10万2400円(時給1270円、9~13時の1日4時間、月20日※日曜4日勤務の場合)

あっという間に時間がたち、それだけ充実感を感じられるのが、この仕事の特徴だと思います。例えば、品出しに夢中になっていて、気づいたら休憩時間だったなんてこともあります(笑)。

品出し以外に、レジ・接客もあるので、個人的にはすごくちょうどいいです常連の方が多いので適度にお客様と話せてリフレッシュ出来ます業務用スーパーだから、個人のお客さんは勿論、飲食店経営者の方もお客さんとしてくるので、そんな方と話しができるのも、貴重ですし楽しいんですよね。

<パートさん(40代/主婦)>

  • 月収8万1280円(時給1270円、9~13時の1日4時間、月16日※平日のみ勤務の場合)

料理が好きで、色々な食材があるのが面白くて働き始めました。同世代~年上の主婦も多く、何でも気軽に聞ける環境。パート同士はもちろん、店長にも「あれってどこだっけ~?」ってタメ口で話せるくらい仲良しで居心地がよく、もう二年働いています。業務用スーパーなので一斗缶なども扱っていますが、台車もあるし、男性の社員さんが手伝ってくれて負担は感じないですね。あまり見かけないプロ仕様の商品もたくさんあるので、品出しも楽しいですね。

あと、以前「フルーツのシロップ漬け」を作りたいというお客様がご来店されたときのこと。「どんな材料だったか忘れてしまった」と声をかけられたアルバイトさんがすぐ店長に相談して、バックヤードでみんなでネットでレシピを検索したりしましたね。そういうお客様想いなところやチームワークがステキだなって思います。
