・納車先顧客への車両状況のヒアリング

・問合せ対応及び比較的簡単な修理・修繕、アドバイスをしながらの顧客フォローの実施

・社内各セクションとの連携を取り、技術的側面を含んだ自社車両ノウハウの醸成

・外部パートナー(整備工場、提携企業)への整備指導、協力体制の構築

【顧客管理】 ・既存顧客の定期フォロー(状況ヒアリング、トラブルシュート、定期点検の案内など) ・顧客コミュニケーション ・その他各種問い合わせ対応

【車両管理】 ・品質確認、検査、修繕 ・現地整備、修繕

【サービス関連】 ・整備研修、整備工具類の準備及び実施等 ・整備マニュアルなど各種文書の編集

※法人顧客へ販売された後の自社車両のフォローを行い、増車へとつなげます。

MUST

・自動車業界に興味・関心のある方(ドレスアップカー含む)

・自動車整備士資格をお持ちの方(2級)

・ディーラー整備・サービスフロント業務経験者
