これまでは手を動かしてつくっていただきましたが、これからは「現場全体がスムーズに進むように段取りする」のが役目です。

「あそこの納まり、どうする?」「次の工程、間に合う?」といった現場ならではの勘所が、そのまま活かせます。

【具体的にお任せすること】

・現場の安全管理・巡回

職人さんが安全に作業できているか確認したり、進捗状況を写真に撮ったりします。「現場の空気」がわかるあなたなら、危険予知もスムーズなはずです。

・段取り・指示出し

資材がいつ届くか確認したり、職人さんと「明日はここを頼むね」と打ち合わせをします。

・書類作成(サポートあり)

日報や報告書などを作成します。「パソコンは苦手…」という方もご安心ください。入力の仕方は研修で教えますし、難しい業務は周りがフォローします。

・将来のキャリア

まずはアシスタントとしてスタート。働きながら国家資格(建築・土木施工管理技士など)を取得し、名実ともに現場のリーダー(所長クラス)を目指せます。

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 22万6000円 〜 35万7000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万2200円 〜 12万960円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり5000円 〜 3万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・基本給 ¥226,000 ~ ¥357,000

・職務手当 ¥5,000 ~ ¥30,000

・固定残業代 ¥72,200 ~ ¥120,960

残業の有無に関わらず、残業手当は40時間分を固定で支給し、規定以上は別途全額支給

入社後に資格取得支援制度を活用して取得することができます。

600万円 / 入社2年目・月給40万円+手当+賞与(30歳)

650万円 / 入社4年目・月給42万円+手当+賞与(37歳)
