US Service Area Leader は、担当エリアにおける超音波診断と関連装置等(以下US)セグメントにおける顧客満足度の維持・向上に努め、顧客と製品におけるビジネスの成長と利益を最大にする責任を持ちます。また、USアドバンスフィールドエンジニアの労務管理を含む働く環境と人材育成を行い、オペレーションプロセスの改善等によって継続性のあるビジネスオペレーションを確立させます。市場動向・KOLに精通しており、US営業本部と共闘してシェアゲインにサービスとして貢献していきます。また各地域に合わせた販売店と良好な関係を築きによる自立したサービスコマーシャルでの促進を行い、またエリアに根付いた販売店デリバリーモデルの可能性を模索し、地域に根付いたビジネスモデルの最適化を行います。GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Job Description
【基本要件】
- リーダーとしてビジネス全体の視点でお客様のニーズとアウトカムを探求し、顧客の課題解決と顧客満足の最大化をけん引する。
- エリア内の顧客との定期的なレビューを開催し、顧客との関係向上やフィールド作業の改善・対策を実施する。
- 新製品導入や品質案件、トレーニング、プログラムなど、グローバルチームや、他リージョンと連携にて円滑な対応を行ことができる。
- コーチングを通じてチームと個々の成長を促す。
- エリアの責任技術者であり、CSエスカレーションへ自ら他部署(営業・テクサポ・GSPO・本社)を巻き込んで解決していく。
- サービスマックスを活用し、情報管理とビジネスの数字や主要KPIへコミット(MSA/ODS/FE在庫等)と施策と実行ができる
- コンプライアンス遵守、さらにはEHS(環境、健康、安全)活動もリードし、サービス活動をサポートする。
- インスタ・点検・修理の工程管理・調整を実施する。

- 問題解決能力
- チームマネジメント能力
- インスタ・点検・修理の経験必須。
- 複雑で複数のステークホルダーのアレンジが必要な案件の取り組み経験があること
- プロセスにおける問題解決の過程において、外部のお客様および社内のチームメンバーをつないだ経験があること
- 複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること
