仕事内容

Provides safety/environmental consulting services as assigned. Conducts defined technical and/or project tasks within the safety/environmental field, leading to the successful completion of assigned project(s).

業務内容

・安全、衛生、環境について、国内の3M製造拠点(4か所)の横断的なEHS活動のサポート
・国内3M全体の環境および安全衛生組織の運営をサポート
・3M Japan Groupとして行政とのやり取り、届け出
・製造事業所のEHS活動についてのオーディットの運営
・国内の3M製造拠点の監査対応(ISO14001など)をサポート

必須条件

・製造業(特に化学プラント)で技術者としての勤務経験
・行政とのやり取りや届出があるため、日本語はNative レベルのスキルが必要
・海外3Mとの会議やメールでのコミュニケーションがあるため、英語力の目安:TOEIC700点以上
・4年制大学卒業以上。技術系で特に化学/機械/電気のご専攻で学士以上
・普通自動車運転免許(通勤のため)

・製造プロセスに関する知識
・EHSの知識や関連業務経験
・ISO14001/50001の知識

歓迎資格

・第1種 衛生管理者免許もしくは衛生工学衛生管理者免許
・危険物取扱者免状(甲種)
・公害防止管理者(大気)1種もしくは3種
