データ志向かつ結果重視の姿勢で、業務を遂行できる方を求めています。ハードウェア/ソフトウェア検証やアップグレード、インテグレーション作業に関するサポート・保守・工程管理を、グループ方針、法令、財務ルールを遵守しながら遂行していただきます。

環境・労働安全衛生(E+OHS)基準と、データセキュリティやプライバシー保護への配慮も必要です。

主な業務内容

• 計画に必要なデータを効率的に収集
• 設置およびテストフェーズを綿密に計画・実行
• 全ての業務工程で品質基準を満たし、関連活動を報告
• 基地局ソフトウェアアップグレード/検証/品質監視・運用
• 自動化ツール開発・検証/顧客サポート
• インテグレーション計画の管理/スケジュール調整/進捗状況のモニタリングと報告

About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a "Site Engineer" who can thrive as part of a growing team. We are looking for candidates with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset who can carry out their duties effectively. Responsibilities include supporting, maintaining, and managing processes related to hardware/software verification, upgrades, and integration work, while adhering to group policies, legal regulations, and financial rules. A commitment to procedures and tools grounded in both global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) including attention to data security and privacy is key to this role.

What you will do:

• Gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
• Carefully plan and execute installation and testing phases
• Meet quality standards in all operational processes and report related activities
• Base station software upgrade/verification/quality monitoring and operation
• Development and verification of automation tools/customer support
• Manage integration plans/schedule adjustments/monitor and report progress
