仕事内容

カタログやWebサイトを通じて、お客さまに商品の魅力を伝え、届けるお仕事です。今回はパートナー企業様の商品を扱う「フェリシモパートナーズ」部門での企画・進行をお任せします。(食品、生活雑貨全般)

◆商品のセレクト・企画

おいしい食品や素敵な雑貨を見つけたり、パートナー様からのご提案商品の組み合わせなどを一緒に考えます。

◆パートナー企業様とのやりとり

商品の仕入れや納期の調整など、社内外の人とコミュニケーションを取りながら進めます。

◆販売ページの企画(カタログ・Web)

「どう伝えればお客様に喜んでもらえるか?」を考え、社内制作スタッフと一緒に誌面やWebページを作ります。

★未経験でも安心のサポート体制

最初はOJTを兼ねて先輩社員と動くので、分からないことはすぐに相談できる環境です。

給与

経験やスキルを考慮し当社規程により決定いたします。

給与24.5万円/月~

【モデル給与】

■30代 主任

理論年収4,544,000円~5,164,000円

(月給287,000円~322,000円)

■30代~40代 係長・課長代理

理論年収5,512,000円~6,746,000円

(月給338,500円~420,500円)

※上記モデル給与は時間外勤務・休日出勤割増手当額を含みません

※上記モデル給与の他に交通費などの手当が加算されます

・大学/短大/専門学校卒以上

・下記フルタイム勤務で勤務地での就業が可能な方

【必須マインド】

・「フェリシモ」や「暮らしを楽しむこと」への興味・関心がある方

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、メールなど)をお持ちの方

・社内外の方と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・食品や生活雑貨関連の商品企画業務、 販売や接客の経験(お客さまの気持ちを想像できることが大切です)

・SNSなどで情報発信をするのが好きな方

・グーグル各種ツールの使用経験

・所定労働時間8時間/日

・フレックスタイム制
