Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and inspire the sales team to exceed their goals.
- Drive accountability and daily execution of key activities.
- Build relationships with team members and customers alike.
- Manage inventory – ordering, merchandising, and dealer trades.
- Desk deals, manage gross logs, and RDR vehicles.
- Train and assist the team in deal structuring, closing, and CRM best practices.
- Work closely with the General Manager to hit all department objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (minimum).
- Proven track record in automotive sales management.
- High-level communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- Positive, professional, and performance-driven.
- Strong work ethic, Teamwork mindset, integrity, moral character, and performance
