(もちろん、男性の参加も大歓迎です)

職種名は【施工管理職】。

カンタンに言うと、テーマパークや高層ビル、高速道路みたいな【地図にガッツリ残る建物】を一緒に作る仕事ですめっちゃワクワクしません?

具体的な仕事内容

現場の司令塔として、作業員に指示を出し、工事の進み具合を管理

危険な現場を守るため、安全対策はバッチリ手すりをつけたり、消火設備を整えたり、機材の安全チェックも任されます。

チーム全体の進行を見守りつつ、人員や重機を手配して、スケジュール通りに進むように段取りをするお仕事です

給与:

月給27万円~46万5000円+各種手当

※経験・能力を考慮して、加給します。

※上記には固定残業代(50.300円~/30時間分)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

※各勤務地の最低賃金を下回ることはありません。

※日・祝給与UP

※未経験であっても月給30万円以上稼ぐことも可能

残業は少なめです

残業月20時間以内に収まることがほとんどですが、進捗により残業が増えることもあるため、

固定残業代を設定しています。必ずしも毎月30時間の残業にはなりません。

※試用期間中:月給26万円(固定残業代48.400円~/30時間分を含む。超過分は別途支給。)

720万円(48歳/入社8年)
