Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities, analyzing Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue goals.
- Understand local consumer needs to increase volume, change package mix, and boost profitability.
- Analyze issues by package and develop trade, sales force, and consumer-focused activities.
- Translate shopper insights into channel strategies and plans.
- Drive revenue growth through better execution and process improvement.
- Lead strategic planning processes across the system.
- Manage cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8-10 years of leadership in digital commerce with a global consumer packaged goods experience.
- Annual business planning, forecasting, customer management experience required.
- Excellent relationship building and strategic leadership skills necessary.
