当社は世界中のユーザーにサービスをお届けする為替取引の新規獲得支援を行っております。

取引のサービスでは為替取引として唯一無二の地位を確立するため、各国地域でのライセンス取得やブランディングを含めた大規模なマーケティング企画も展開中です。

・ソフトウェアプロダクトマネージャーの主要な責任は、ソフトウェア開発チームの利益をステークホルダーや顧客に的確に代表することです。加えて、以下の責任を担います:

・ビジネス目標を具体的なソフトウェア要件に落とし込むこと

・市場ニーズ分析や会社戦略に基づきソフトウェア機能の優先順位を決定すること

・時間とコスト、セキュリティとスピードといった競合する要件間のトレードオフを行い、プロジェクト範囲を管理すること

・ソフトウェア開発チームからの機能リクエストに優先順位を付けること

・プロダクトビジョンを明確化し、ソフトウェアエンジニア/技術チームと密接に協力して仕様を定義すること

・ソフトウェアソリューションがビジネス目標およびユーザーのニーズを満たしていることを確実にすること

・計画に対する進捗を追跡し、差異が特定された際には速やかに解決すること

・ビジネス目標、会社方針、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ上の制約、開発チームの能力に基づき、機能、スケジュール、コストのトレードオフを行うこと

・顧客および開発責任者と関わり、ニーズや課題を把握すること

・プロダクトの優先順位およびロードマップについてプロダクト責任者と連携すること

・競合調査およびプロダクト調査を実施すること

・ソリューション設計、機能の優先順位付け、仕様定義、プロトタイプ開発、テスト、ローンチ、モニタリング、継続的改善を含むフルプロダクト開発サイクルを管理すること

・マーケティング、事業開発、カスタマーサービスチームと協力し、新製品の成功裏のローンチを確保すること

・データ分析、市場調査、顧客調査を活用して製品を継続的に改善すること

・経営陣およびステークホルダーへ直接報告すること

必要に応じてクライアントとのディスカッションの場にも同席いただき、クライアントからのニーズを正確に把握することが求められますが、コンサルタントやアナリスト、アソシエイトなど職種を越えてフォローし合える環境です。
