仕事概要


【業務内容】 ・中小企業向け弊社中核プロダクトの開発エンジニアとしてプロダクト開発を担当します ・プロダクトマネージャー・開発チームと協力し、勤怠・工数管理・経費精算などバックオフィス業務の機能を開発します。 ・スクラムチームの一員として、担当プロダクト開発における開発計画作成・設計・開発・テスト業務を遂行します。 ・プロダクトの運用・保守としてエスカレーションされてきたインシデントを調査を行います。 ・開発エンジニアとして、開発に関連する最新技術をキャッチアップし、今後のプロダクトに最新技術を組み込むための技術検証や提案を行います。 ・実装だけではなく、プロダクト品質向上を意識した設計レビューおよびコードレビューを実施します。 (業務内容の変更範囲)会社内での全ての業務 【開発チーム】 チームの雰囲気 ・メンバー一人一人が真剣にサービスについて考えており、日々話し合いや議論をしています。 ・チームが成長するために必要な提案は歓迎され、積極的に取り組んでいくことができます。 【開発フロー】 原則年3回のリリースを行っており、スクラムによるアジャイル開発に取り組んでいます。スプリント期間は2週間です。 【働き方/働く環境について】 ・フレックスタイム制度 ・現在はコロナ禍の対応として在宅勤務がメインとなり、リモートワーク手当を付与しています。 ・Salesforce認定資格取得費用会社負担、取得後の手当付与 技術スタック フロントエンド:JavaScript(ECMA Script/LightningWebComponet/DojoToolkit)、HTML5+CSS3 バックエンド:Apex(Javaライクなオブジェクト指向言語)、SOQL(SQLライクなデータベース言語)、Java(開発周辺ツールおよび自動テスト)、JavaScript(AWS) プラットフォーム:Salesforce Platform/AWS/ 管理ツール:JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket/Figma/Cacoo CI環境: Autify/Jenkins/JUnit/Selenium コミュニケーション:Slack、Microsoft Teams ※PCはWIN/MACから選ぶことができます。

必須スキル


・2年以上のソフトウェア/アプリケーション開発経験 ・Javaなどの静的型付けオブジェクト指向言語による開発経験

歓迎スキル


・Java /SQL/MySQLでの開発経験 ・システム運用保守経験 ・アジャイル開発経験

応募概要


給与

想定年収300~600万円 ※月給には、みなし残業代20時間分を含む ※賞与支給あり(年一回/想定年収の5~15%)
