Google検索で、軽貨物ドライバーと検索すると、

「やばい」「底辺」「やってはいけない」

そんな言葉が並ぶように世間の業界に対するイメージは、マイナスな表現をされがちです。

でも、本当にそうでしょうか。

物流が止まれば、日本の経済は止まります。

荷物が届くという「当たり前」を支えているのは、日々現場で走るドライバーの存在です。

本来、胸を張って誇れる仕事だと私たちは考えています。

それにも関わらずマイナスなイメージがついてしまっているのでは、 この業界が「お金、条件面」の価値しか形にしてこなかったからです。

誰も本気で、「お金、条件面」以外の価値を形にしてこなかったから、本来ある価値が顕在化していないだけだと考えています。

だからこそ、YUM JAMは「カッコいい」という、いまないブランディングの価値を形にしていきます。

ドライバーが誇りを持ち、自分の仕事を堂々と語れる世界をつくっていきます。

私たち YUM JAM は、Amazon のオフィシャル配送サービスパートナーとして、安心して働ける環境を用意しています。

YUM JAMの魅力

月給にすると50万円以上も可能ロイヤリティ・手数料なし

またドライバーの頑張りを評価する昇格制度やボーナス制度あり

リーダーに昇格すると、年間70万円の収入UPも可能

  • 駐禁リスクも、ほぼ0なので安心

担当する配送エリアは、警察から駐車許可申請を取得しています

またコインパーキング代も支給しているので安心

  • ほぼ新車の車両リース制度あり(令和6年式走行距離5,000キロ未満)

稼働時間

稼働スケジュール制(週休2日・週60時間以内ルール)

◆1日の流れイメージ(朝がゆっくりだから通勤ラッシュを避けれる)

9:30〜稼働開始・積み込み → 午前配送(14時ごろ終わることも)

16:30〜積み込み → 午後配送(20時ごろに終わることも)

配送終了で稼働終了

早く終わっても最低報酬は変わりません。「安定して稼ぎたい」「プライベートも大事にしたい」「カッコよく働きたい」
