【仕事内容】

イオンデモンストレーションサービス本社にて、請求・事務サポートスタッフとして活躍しませんか?PCは基本操作ができれば大丈夫先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートしますので、安心してスタートできます。

<具体的には>

  • 担当エリアの請求処理業務

・請求書の発行

・請求内容の確認、金額チェック

  • 日報・レシート関連業務

・日報の回収(未回収先への確認・内容チェック)

・レシートの精査、内容確認

・メーカーへの請求可否の確認

・立替金の確認、報告対応

  • システム入力・庶務業務

・社内システムへのデータ入力

・日報のコピー、スキャンなどの事務作業

※基本的には決まったルールに沿って進める事務作業が中心です。

※専門知識は不要で、入社後にしっかりレクチャーします。
