(雇入れ直後)

包装業界のリーディングカンパニーの当社のリーダー候補として社内SEを担当いただきます。

ご経験に合わせて基幹業務システムやWebシステムの設計・開発・運用から社内インフラ整備・保守・管理など、幅広くお任せします。

  • 業務内容:

社内の各部署の要望をヒアリングし、業務改善や効率の向上等に近づけるために開発や改善に取り組みます。運用方法等について打ち合わせすることも多いため、社内外の様々な人と関わることができます。

<職場環境>

・平均残業時間は10時間程度です。社員の働きやすい環境を整えており、平均勤続年数は17.25年です。

<入社後の流れ>

入社後は会社のルールなどについて簡単な研修を実施。

その後は、配属先の先輩社員によるOJTを通して一連の業務の流れを学んでいただき、ご経験に合わせてお仕事をお任せしていきます。

・何らかのシステム開発経験をお持ちの方

※SIer、ベンダー出身の方歓迎
