【募集理由】

経理部では、2023年から導入された新規会計基準であるIFRS17/9に基づくFWD Group向け決算作業、また従来からの保険業法決算及び税務業務に関わる実務経験者・有資格者を求めております。

また上記の通常の決算業務に加え、将来を見据えた既存会計・経理プロセスの効率化等、全般的な業務改善へプロジェクト業務も担当できる人材を求めています。

※以下、経理部全体で4グループ、20名弱の組織構成となっております

【職務内容サマリ】

入社後、経理部の一員として、保険業法四半期決算における各期の決算データの作成、各種報告書の作成、監査対応等を担当していただきます。また、Group向け決算については各種Group向け報告書の作成、その他決算業務全般を担って頂きます。

上記に加え、投資会計に関する業務サポートが必要な場合があります。

・月次/四半期決算データ作成(保険業法決算)

・四半期決算(Group向けIFRS17/9ベース)業務全般

・会計監査対応

・法人・消費その他税務基礎資料の作成及び税務コンサルタント対応

・内部統制の推進・実施

・内部: FWD Group (香港), FWD 日本財務エリア全般(資産運用部門、数理部門、経費・予算管理部門等)

・外部: 監査法人、計・税務コンサルタント

【魅力】

・当社では在宅勤務を推奨しています。
・週1度以上の出社を原則としていますが、それ以外は上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)。入社してしばらくは、業務環境などに慣れていただく目的からご出社をお願いする予定です。
・在宅勤務が主体であるため、コミュニケーションはMicrosoft Teamsを介しての会話やチャットが主体で、メンバー間での質問や上司への相談などが気軽に行える環境です。
・また、出社時もドレスコードフリーによりカジュアルな服装でラフに就業いただけるような環境整備を進めています。
・残業時間は平均25~30時間程度に抑えており、繁忙期も労務管理による残業抑制の取り組みがなされています。

【求めるスキル経験】

■必須条件

・保険会社における決算担当部門で5年~10年程度の実務経験

・USCPA、会計士補、簿記1~2級等の会計・経理資格保有者

MSオフィスアプリケーション(特にExcel)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>  

・監査法人および会計・税務コンサルタント等、対外コミュニケーション(含む折衝)経験

・会計及び有価証券管理システム (特にOracle ERP、XNET等 ) 使用経験

※CGによってエグゼンプト手当・ノンエグゼンプト手当支給が変動
