仕事内容


大阪支店の立ち上げに伴う「支店長候補」の募集です。

まずは、不動産リースバック事業の営業をお任せします。

<基本的な業務の流れ>

1.日程調整済みのお客様宅に訪問

2.現地で査定を行い、結果をお客様に提示

3.成約

4.契約調整

  • テレアポや飛び込み、街頭営業はありません。

・広告を見て問い合わせいただいたお客様に対して、コールセンターが日程調整を行います。

・あなたにお願いするのは、アポイント獲得済みのお客様宅への訪問~成約・契約調整です。

<1日の流れ>(例)

10:00 出社

12:00 休憩・訪問先へ直行

13:00 1件目のアポ

15:00 2件目のアポ

17:00 3件目のアポ

18:00 報告書作成などの書類作成業務

19:00 退勤

※朝礼・終礼などはなく、案件によっては直行直帰も可能です。

※お客様としっかり話ができるように、1日のアポイントは多くても3件程度です。

<リースバックとは?>

自宅を売却し、その後も借家として同じ家に住み続けられる仕組みです。

お客様は、

・病気や大きな怪我

・住宅金利の影響でローンの支払いが困難になった

・老後資金が心配

といった、まとまったお金が必要になった方がほとんど。

不安定な景気や、老後資金への不安が高まり続けている昨今、まとまった資金を手にしながら愛着のある家に住み続けられるため、注目度が集まっています。

<募集背景>

今回、大阪にて新規採用メンバーを中心に新たな拠点を立ち上げ予定です

(一時的に本社からサポートメンバーを配置する予定です。)

マネージャーとして採用させていただき、3ヶ月~半年の業績を見て、正式に支店長に就任していただきます。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・宅建免許

・不動産業界で3年以上の売買仲介の営業経験がある方

・運転免許(物件の現地確認で運転が必要になる場合があるため)

【歓迎スキル/経験】

・マネジメント経験

・PCスキル

・売買仲介/仕入れ業務の経験

・支店の立ち上げにあたり、責任感を持って能動的に行動できる方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

勤務時間 10:00~19:00

※休憩 1時間(実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり10万円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円

  • 月給:45万円+宅建手当3万円+インセンティブ
  • 昇給あり(年2回・査定による)
  • 初年度年収:600万円~1,000万円
