仕事内容
主にマンション等 集合住宅に設置される機械式立体駐車装置やターンテーブルの設計業務。
機械の開発も含め、限られた敷地に装置をはめ込んでいく設計業務です。
求めている人材
・高校、高専、工業大学、専門校等の建築機械・建築土木コースを受けていた方。
またはそれに準ずる知識や経験、技術のある方。
・機械に興味のある方歓迎。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間30分 〜 17時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日
昼休憩:1時間
残業:月平均5時間くらい
休日休暇
会社休日カレンダーによる。
・夏季休暇(8/8~8/16)・冬季休暇(12/29~1/4)
・奇数月の土曜1回のみ出勤日あり
(午前中に月例会議があるため、午後からお休みを取る方多数)
有給取得率78%、前年分繰越で120%とる方もいます。

京成うすい駅から徒歩15分。駅からバスを使う場合は約7分弱。
給与詳細
基本給:月給 30万円 〜 40万円
固定残業代:なし

交通費50,000を上限で支給
