業務内容


<美容・理容業界に特化>

キャリアアドバイザーとして、

人材を求めるサロンの新規開拓と理美容業界で転職を検討している求職者の人材提案をします。

【具体的には…】

人材紹介サービス「ヘアワークスエージェント」を通じて下記の業務をお任せします。

  • サロンへの新規開拓営業
  • 人材提案およびマッチング業務
  • 求職者との面談(LINE・電話などを使用)
  • 条件に合ったサロンの紹介
  • 面談の日程調整、面接のフォロー
  • 内定後の入社サポート

【入社後の流れ】

入社後1週間は札幌の本社に出勤し、先輩社員のOJTを通じて商品知識や営業のコツを学びます。

その後、求職者とコンタクトを取ったり、サロンへアプローチしたりと徐々に業務の幅を広げていきましょう。

将来はキャリアアドバイザーとして専門性を高めていくかマネジメント領域に挑戦するかを選択できます。

・社会人経験2年以上お持ちの方

9:30~18:30(実働8時間・休憩60分)

※月平均残業時間:15時間~20時間

※社員の平均退勤時間は19時

基本リモートワークOK。入社後の研修や年4回の全社総会は本社で行います。

研修後も不安がある方は、オフィスでの勤務も可能です。

※リモートワーク可ですが、札幌のオフィスに通える方が対象となります。

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・GW、慶弔、産休育休あり

夏季休暇は7月~9月の3か月間で自分の好きなタイミングで9連休を取得できます。

給与


月給:280,000円 〜 340,000円

固定残業:あり

固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり 45.0時間

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり 71,730円

賞与:年2回(業績による)

※経験・能力を考慮し決定します。

※固定残業代超過分は別途支給します。

【給与】

月給28万円~+諸手当+インセンティブ+賞与

想定年収:336万円~400万円

入社時の想定年収:年収300万円~400万円

【社員の年収例】

420万円(36歳・入社3年目)

320万円(34歳・入社1年目)

※年収例はあくまで目安の金額であり、選考を通じて決定します

昇給:年2回(個人実績による)
