【仕事内容】

【顧客】・製薬企業・ヘルスケア企業・医療機関、広域病院・金融、介護福祉、自治体、大学医学部 など

【商材】・自社開発AI「KIBIT」を用いた会話型 疾患早期発見支援システム

【具体的には】

・製薬企業・医療機関を中心に、疾患早期発見に関するアンメットニーズをヒアリングし、KIBITを活用したソリューションを企画・提案します。

顧客が抱える疾患早期発見、重症化防止、人材不足、医療費抑制などの深層課題を分析

顧客ニーズに基づき、AIモデルによる早期発見支援の実装メリットや運用イメージを資料化し提案

導入に向けた価格交渉、契約内容の詰め、関連書類の作成(法務・上長サポートあり)

・案件受注後はプロジェクトリーダーとして、社内外の関係者を束ねながら実装フェーズを推進。

社内:解析チーム、開発チーム、PM、事業企画との連携

外部:製薬企業の研究開発部・ビジネス部門、提携企業、大学医学部・医療機関

・顧客企業内で複数部署を巻き込む必要があるため、部門横断の進捗管理・折衝を行い、案件全体をドライブする。

PoCの設計支援

研究データの取り扱い、ログ解析依頼

導入後の運用改善、追加提案(契約拡大)

・既存枠にとらわれず、AI×ヘルスケアの新規事業モデル創出にも関与。

新しい医療領域の探索、患者/医療従事者の行動分析

新たな共同研究テーマの立案

アライアンス先の選定・交渉

・「研究 → 提案 → 実装 → 運用」まで一気通貫で携わるため、事業開発・コンサルティング・営業が融合したポジションとして、深い専門性と事業推進力を磨ける環境です。

【求める人材】

以下、いずれかのご経験が必須となります

・B2Bソリューション領域におけるソリューション営業経験と事業開発経験

・医薬及びその周辺分野における事業開発経験

・ライフサイエンス系企業を顧客とした折衝経験

・コンサルティング ファーマ、ファンドでの執務経験

・社内・提携会社等とのプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトリーダーもしくは部門横断的な調整業務の経験

・BIシステム、データ解析についての提案経験

・経営、事業計画、マーケティング、デジタルマーケティングの知識、経験

・システムの構造、プログラミング言語の種類等についての基礎知識

【給与】

年収800~1550万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
