神宮前エリアに佇む、落ち着いた雰囲気のカフェです。
ブルーボトルコーヒー のバリスタとして、素晴らしいホスピタリティをお届けし、コーヒースキル、知識の習得に専念し、チームおよびゲストの体験をよりよくすることをお仕事にしてみませんか?
※選考状況により、近隣他カフェでの研修や配属をご相談させていただく可能性もございます。
具体的なお仕事内容:
- お一人お一人のゲストのニーズに合ったホスピタリティを発揮しながら、美味しいコーヒーを提供する
- 美しい環境でスムーズに運営できるよう、クリンネスを行いチームをサポートする
- 社内リソースを用いて、カフェの運営や環境に関する課題改善をチームリーダーと共に実行する
- 自分のアイデアをリーダーやチームと共有し、カフェの改善に役立てる
- カフェのビジネス目標を理解し、リーダーシップチームをサポートをする
- チームのニーズと自身の成⻑機会に応じて、育成等、カフェ運営の一部業務を行う
- コンプライアンスを重視しながらオペレーションガイドラインを遵守し、会社の新しい取り組みや展開を成功させる

バリスタ経験について ※未経験者歓迎
- 過去のバリスタ経験の有無は採用に影響はありません。

勤務地、その他:
- 雇用形態:週30時間契約(試用期間3ヶ月)※正社員登用あり
- 時給: 1,300円
- 勤務地: 原宿エリア
勤務条件:
- シフト制
- 1年以上の長期でお仕事できる方
- 週5日、平日と土日祝どちらも勤務可能な方
- 1日6時間の勤務ができる方シフト制
※繁忙期は6時間以上(週40時間未満)勤務の場合あり。

- 交通費支給(社内規程に準ずる)
