ドイツの自動車部品メーカーの日本法人にて【Hardware Engineer (Body Electronics)】を募集いたします。
日本国内では25年以上にわたる実績があり、日本のほぼすべての自動車メーカーとのお取引を拡大しております。

Project Planning of Hardware Developments within the Scope of Product Development
Clarification and Definition:
Clarifying and defining the requirements for the product-related hardware with the customer in the form of project descriptions; analyzing and planning the hardware development effort.
Goal Discussion:
Discussing and pursuing hardware development goals with the project manager regarding quality, costs, and deadlines according to existing procedures and methods.
Task Coordination:
Defining, planning, coordinating, and monitoring hardware development tasks within a development project according to specified methods and systems (e.g. PEP), if necessary in consultation with the supervisor; coordinating interfaces and ensuring integration into the overall system.
Supplier Planning:
Planning and involving internal and, if necessary, external sub-suppliers, taking into account economic, qualitative, and scheduling aspects.
Implementation of defined escalation scenarios in the event of deviations from objectives in hardware development; identification of existing solution alternatives.
Technical Standards:
Ensuring that defined technical standards are adhered to within the framework of hardware development; coordinating the use of new hardware development concepts, technological alternatives, and materials with the service departments.
Develop, Customize, and Optimize Hardware ModulesHardware Specifications:
Creating the hardware specifications; analyzing and making changes to the hardware specifications.
Module Specifications:
Preparation of module specifications taking into account quality, logistics, and production requirements.
Module Development:
Development of hardware modules under consideration of existing development standards and guidelines; ensuring ongoing coordination with involved parties to ensure the integration capability of modules into an overall system.
Detailing Work:
Initiation of detailing work for components and modules.
Module Optimization:
Analysis, adaptation, and optimization of existing hardware modules according to technical, economic, legal, or customer specifications.
Material Definition:
Definition of materials and components in consideration of economic, qualitative, and technological aspects in cooperation with the project team.
Circuit Development:
Development, elaboration, and simulation of electronic circuits in consultation with the responsible authorities; creation of circuit diagrams.
Test Specifications:
Initiation or preparation of necessary test specifications; initiation of tests at competent authorities; participation in the preparation of test specifications for new products.
Reviews:
Performing defined reviews of hardware development throughout the entire hardware development process and release according to existing guidelines.
Customer Complaints:
Processing of customer complaints regarding serial devices and manufacturing difficulties in consultation with the responsible departments, such as quality assurance, assembly, laboratories, etc.
Intellectual Property:
Participation in the examination of the intellectual property rights capability/violation of own and third-party work, if necessary, involving the patent department in consultation with superiors.
Documentation:
Initiation or creation of documentation (e.g. parts lists, circuit diagrams, simulations, FMEA).
