【募集背景】
ルネサスは、2035年までに売上高200億米ドルを超える世界第3位の組込み半導体メーカーになることを目指しています。この目標を達成するために、製品単体のソリューションだけでなく、システムレベルでのリファレンスデザイン、PoCの開発を拡大しています。デジタル(MCU/SOC)、アナログ、パワー(PMIC/Power MOSFET/GaN等)製品を活用したリファレンスデザイン、PoCのH/W設計(回路図、Gerber設計)、顧客へのプロモーション・サポートを担当するチームです。製品システムの知識を有し、システム視点でのアプリケーション開発をリードできる方を募集しております。
【職務内容】
今後開発を強化する車載/インダストリアル/IoT向けのリファレンスデザイン、PoCのハードウェア設計者として、以下をご担当していただきます。
・CADツールを使った回路/Gerber設計と、PCB評価、アプリケーション試験業務
・制御回路(MCU)設計及びパワー半導体駆動などの高圧回路の設計と評価業務
・パワー半導体の放熱設計
・開発プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題解決
・顧客へのプロモーション及び技術サポート
Qualifications
【MUST】
- ハードウェア開発経験(5年以上)
- 回路図、PCB設計、CAD Tool使用経験
- SPICE simulator使用経験
- 電子回路(デジタル・アナログ)知識をお持ちの方
- 未経験の開発分野へチャレンジすることに抵抗がない方
- ビジネスレベルの日本語
- コミュニケーションレベルの英語
【WANT】
- 自動車部品、又はインダストリアル、IoTメーカーでの製品開発業務経験
- パワー半導体製品(インバータ、On-Board Charger、DC/DCコンバータ)設計・評価経験をお持ちの方
- Altium Designer PCB設計ツール使用経験
- Thermal simulation使用経験
- プロジェクトリーダー経験

当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
