それに伴い、警備事業の中核を担っていただく事業責任者を募集しています。
あなたには警備スタッフの教育・研修などをお任せします。
現場で活躍する警備員ではなく、内勤がメインとなります。
【仕事内容】
・新任・現任教育
・現場での隊員教育
・マニュアル整備
・面接業務 ・管制業務
・指導計画書の作成及び管理
・巡察業務
・他指導教育責任者業務
研修制度はもちろん、定期的な面談などのフォローアップも行っております。

◇ 警備員指導教育責任者2号(指導教・指教責)≪必須≫
◇ 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)≪必須≫
◇ パソコンの基礎的な操作(文字を打つ・メールを送信する)ができる方≪尚良≫
勤務時間・曜日:
◇ 8:00~17:00
実働時間:8時間/日
休憩時間:1時間/日
休暇・休日:
週休2日制
◇ 業務が発生した場合のみ休日出勤あり。但し、振替休日取得可
◇ 隔週土曜日休み

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥374,900以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,900(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
給与は経験・能力・資格等を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
