仕事内容:

【お仕事の概要】

中小企業の経営支援を行うコンサルタントのパートナーとして、プロジェクトの事務管理全般をお任せします。 クライアント企業、コンサルタント、そして行政をつなぐ「事務の要」として活躍いただけるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

コンサルティング案件の進行に伴う、以下のような事務作業が中心です。

1. 提出書類の作成・整理サポート

  • コンサルタントの指示に基づき、各種申請書や報告書のドラフト(下書き)準備。
  • 企業から届く決算書や見積書などの必要書類のファイリング・不備チェック。

2. プロジェクトの進捗管理

  • 「いつまでに、どの書類が必要か」というスケジュールの管理。
  • 期限が近い案件について、クライアント企業へのリマインド連絡(メール・チャット)。

3. データ入力・システム操作

  • 社内の案件管理シート(Excel/スプレッドシート)へのデータ入力。
  • 会議資料や集計データの整理。

4. クライアントとの連絡調整

  • 不足している資料の回収依頼や、受け取り確認。
  • 事務的な問い合わせへの回答(定型的な内容がメインです)。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

何らかの事務実務経験(3年以上目安)

  • 特に経理、法務、営業事務など、数字や契約書を扱う「正確さが求められる事務」の経験がある方は即戦力としてお迎えします。

基本的なPCスキル

  • Excel(四則演算、VLOOKUP程度)、Word、PowerPointの基本操作。
  • Googleスプレッドシートや共有ドライブの使用に抵抗がない方。

スムーズなテキストコミュニケーションができる方

  • 基本的にチャット(Slack/Chatwork等)でのやり取りとなるため、丁寧かつレスポンスの早い対応ができる方を重視します。

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

経理・法務・総務の実務経験

  • 領収書の精査や、公的な書類のチェック、規約の読み込みなどが得意な方。

補助金・助成金の申請サポート経験(未経験でも可)

  • 流れがわかればスムーズですが、入社後に覚えていただければ問題ありません。

リモートワークでの実務経験

  • 自律して業務を遂行できる方。

勤務時間・曜日:

・10:00-19:00(うち休憩1時間)

※時短勤務含め勤務時間はご都合に応じて調整可能です

・完全週休二日制

・在宅勤務可能
