仕事概要
【お任せするミッション】 無線給電を前提としたデバイス・システムを、PoCや個別案件で終わらせず、長期的に進化できる製品・プラットフォームとして成立させることがミッションになります。 組み込みソフトウェアの観点から、ハードと上位システムをつなぐ「システム価値の土台」を作っていただくポジションです。 【このポジションの特徴・魅力】 デバイス単体ではなく、製品全体・シリーズ展開・将来の派生までを見据えた組み込み設計を担っていただきます。 また、組織や事業のフェーズにあった最適な開発環境やフローを構築し、高品質な製品を素早く開発していく環境構築にも参画頂きます。 ・BSP、ドライバ、Bootloader、OSカスタマイズなど、ハードウェアに近いレイヤから製品を支える役割になります。 ・無線給電という特性上、給電制御・通信・状態管理・エラー処理が製品価値に直結します。 ・単発の試作ではなく、複数製品・複数案件で使い回せるプラットフォーム設計が重要になります。 ・組み込み単体で閉じず、エッジ基盤やクラウド、運用システムとの責務分担を意識した設計が求められます。 ・既存のやり方を踏襲するのではなく、「この会社の製品開発」をこれから作っていくフェーズになります。 【業務内容】 無線給電関連デバイスおよび周辺システムにおける、組み込みソフトウェアの設計・開発・評価。 主な業務 ・製品向け組み込みソフトウェアの仕様検討・設計・実装・評価 ・BSP/ドライバ/Bootloaderを含む低レイヤーソフトウェア開発 ・給電制御・通信制御・状態管理アルゴリズム実装など、製品共通機能の設計 ・センサ、MCU、無線ICなどを含めた要素技術の検討・評価 ・ハードウェアチームとの仕様検討、切り分け、評価 ・生産を行う工場との調整、製造、検査用ソフトウェアの開発 ・既存実装の整理・リファクタリング、共通化の推進 ・組み込みソフトウェア開発環境構築、開発フロー構築とその推進 【募集背景】 当社は現在、最初の量産製品のリリースを終え、更なる事業のスケールのために次世代の技術・製品開発に取り組んでいます。 これに伴い、組み込みソフトウェア開発においては ・新技術を取り込んだ次世代製品開発 ・ソフトウェアリソースの資産化と活用による開発効率化 ・開発環境、ソフトウェア開発フロー構築 等が求められています。 【開発環境】 ・開発言語:C、C++、Python など ・対象:無線給電送電機、各種センサ ・OS:RTOS、Bare metal ・バージョン管理:Git, GitHub ・連携領域:エッジ基盤、クラウド、運用システム 【この仕事で得られる経験・成長】 ・無線給電という新技術を通した組み込み技術の開発経験 ・成長フェーズにおける開発体制や環境構築経験 ・事業拡大に耐える、長期運用前提の品質・構造づくり ・将来の量産・OEM・海外展開を見据えた製品開発経験 【当社について】 エイターリンクは、ワイヤレス給電によって配線のない"デジタル世界"を実現する、スタンフォード大学発のスタートアップ企業です。 当社の原点は、薬では解決できない病の治療・予防をめざすメディカルインプラントデバイス(スタンフォード大学での研究開発)です。 デバイスをヒトの体内で効果的に動かし続けるためには、体外から体内に安全に給電する技術を開発する必要がありました。 この開発で培った技術を、現在ファクトリーオートメーション(FA)、ビルマネジメント(BM)、メディカルデバイス(MD)の3領域にフォーカスし事業を展開しています。 【当社の強み】 当社のコアテクノロジー ・最も効率よく、あらゆる角度からエネルギーを受電できるアンテナ設計技術 ・アンテナ能力を最大限に引き出す省電力回路設計技術 ・上記を小型デバイスに搭載する小型化設計技術 上記テクノロジーを取り入れたAirPlug¹の特徴 ・最大17m先への長距離給電 ・極低角度依存性 ・双方向のデータ通信 注1:当社の空間伝送型ワイヤレス給電ソリューション
必須スキル
・C または C++ を用いた組み込みソフトウェア開発経験 ・仕様検討・設計・実装・評価を一通り経験していること ・ハードウェア制約を踏まえた設計・デバッグ経験
歓迎スキル
・BSP/ドライバ/Bootloader/OSカスタマイズ経験 ・Linux、RTOS、Bare metal いずれかでの実務経験 ・BluetoothやWiFI等、無線通信を使った製品の開発経験 ・通信制御、状態遷移設計、リソース管理の経験 ・複数製品・複数案件を意識した共通化・プラットフォーム設計経験 ・プロジェクトリード、レビュー、技術判断の経験

【シニアクラス】 予定年収:1000~1200万円 月給 ①基本給:619,012円~742,262円 ②固定残業手当(45時間分):214,988円~257,738円 【ミドルクラス】 予定年収:700~1000万円 月給 ①基本給:433,475円~619,012円 ②固定残業手当(45時間分):150,525円~214,988円 ※試用期間:3ヶ月(試用期間中は正式雇用時と同じ条件となります。)
