仕事内容


当社は熊本地場大手企業の不動産(駐車場や商業ビル、研修施設、船舶など)を管理しています。

※所有物件

・テナント 市内4件、沖縄1件

・駐車場 市内4件

・他不動産 県内6件 東京1件 海外1件 +α

今後も増加予定(国内外問わず)。安定経営を続けていきます。

今回は担当物件の増加による、

新規ポジションを【1名】採用いたします。

<具体的に>

当社オフィス(熊本市東区東町4-10-1)にてバックオフィス業務を中心にお任せいたします。

まずは売上などの収支管理サポートといった経理業務を中心にお任せいたします。

慣れてきたら売上予測や収支改善、当社の人事・採用活動などもお任せいたします

※基本的にはサポート業務となりますので、

事務に関する知識はあるものの、実務経験が浅いという方も大歓迎です

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 35万円

株式会社スマイルはえがおグループとして、

平成10年に資本金1300万円にて設立された企業です。

主な事業としては不動産管理業、飲食店運営業となります。

今回のメイン業務としては

不動産管理業に関連する事務対応(経理中心)となり、

規模拡大に伴う増員募集です

幅広い年齢層のメンバーが
