仕事内容:
バックオフィスの要ともいえる本部スタッフのお仕事をお任せ致します。
スキルや経験にあわせて、段階的に業務を担当していただくのでご安心を。
外出がない内勤の仕事です。
【具体的な業務内容】
■電話・メール対応
└ 社内外からの問い合わせに対応し、必要に応じて担当者へ取り次ぎます。
■帳票の整理、管理
└WordやExcelを使って文書を作成し、必要に応じてファイリングします。
■来客応対
└来訪者の受付や案内、会議室への誘導などを行います。
■郵便物の仕分け・発送
└ 社内外の郵便物を仕分けし、発送手続きを行います。
■伝票処理・整理
└経理や営業部門と連携し、伝票のチェックや整理を行います。

残業はほぼなく、平日のみ、など自由に出勤できるお仕事です。
週に2日から勤務OKです。

■事務の経験がある方(業種や年数は不問です)
└基本的なPCスキルがあり、Excelの操作に抵抗がない方を想定しています。

勤務時間・曜日:
10:00~15:00 (実働5時間程度)
※月曜日~金曜日で週に2日~勤務OKです。

休暇・休日:
曜日フリーの週2日からの勤務になるので、生活スタイルに合わせてプライベートも充実
平日、勤務時間も4時間からOKなので、小さいお子様がいる主婦(夫)さんも働きやすい環境
