お任せするお仕事

弊社の各事業部を支える、バックオフィス業務をお任せします。

チーム全体がスムーズに動けるよう、縁の下からサポートする重要なポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

・日報や各種報告書の作成

・スケジュールの確認・進行管理

・社内事務業務全般(データ入力・書類整理など)

未経験の方も安心スタート

入社後は、ビジネスマナーやPC操作の基礎から学べる研修をご用意。

業界未経験の方も、安心して業務を始められる環境が整っています。

【1日のスケジュール例】

|10:00|出社・メールチェック

|09:30|資料作成・データ入力

|11:00|社内ミーティング(週1〜2回程度)

|12:00|お昼休憩(休憩室・カフェスペースあり)

|13:00|問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

|15:00|書類のチェック・ファイリング

|17:00|明日の準備・日報入力

|19:00|退社(基本残業なし)
