Job OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades across multiple factory sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Modify and optimize robot programs and NC machine settings
- Disassemble, reassemble, and improve mechanical systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance equipment reliability
Note:
This role focuses on equipment-level maintenance and does not involve building infrastructure work.
Qualifications
Required (any of the following):
- Experience in equipment maintenance (including partial involvement in maintenance as part of a manufacturing role)
- Experience as a service engineer in a customer-facing technical role
Preferred Skills:
- Electrical wiring and sequence circuit knowledge
- Pneumatic and hydraulic system understanding
- Robot operation and programming
- NC machine programming
- Mechanical assembly and machining
- 1–2 weeks of structured training before site assignment
- On-the-job training (OJT) provided at each factory
- Clear career path toward supervisory roles (e.g., team leader, section manager)

¥190,000–¥336,250
Annual Bonus: 5.3 months' worth (previous year's result)
