■組織概要

社会インフラである金融機関システムを事業領域としており、その中でメガバンク向けのSI開発・保守運用を提供しております。

また、現行システムの開発、保守運用に加え、中長期的な視点での全体的なシステム将来構想があり、それらの実現に向け、

先端技術や先進事例を活用した提案、開発を行います。

■ミッション

メガバンク向けのSI開発・保守運用の確実なプロジェクトの推進と生産性向上、領域の拡大

対象領域は、エンドユーザ(金融機関の利用者(個人、法人))様向けのシステム、及びそれを支える機能を提供するシステムを中心とした領域。

上記は、デジタルソリューションとも親和性が高く、積極的に先端技術を取り入れ適用するとともに、デジタルソリューション事業の拡大推進に寄与します。

重要な社会インフラである金融機関(メガバンク)様向けのSI開発・保守運用を実現しているシステム開発

AI、クラウド(AWS・Azure)、オンプレミス(サーバ機器、ストレージ機器)、仮想化基盤、コンテナ基盤

扱う製品としては、日立製品をはじめとする主要ベンダー製品やOSS(ミドルウエア、サーバ、ストレージ、NW機器)をはじめ、

クラウドサービスを活用。

具体的には対象のシステムは対顧客チャネル系システムが中心です。

・インターネットバンキング

・営業店システム

・コンタクトセンタシステム

・決済系システム

【募集背景】

金融機関向け特にメガバンク向けのシステムは、高いセキュリティと信頼性、そして安定性が求められます。一方で、ビジネス環境の変化から金融機関向けシステムにも付加価値が求められ、対顧客向けシステムは柔軟なUIの提供、他のシステムと連携しながらより便利なサービスを迅速に提供することなどが求められてきています。

このような中、信頼性が求められる金融機関向けのシステムについても、新しい技術も取り入れより進化する転換点の時期でもあり、当社としても既存の高信頼システムの保守開発から、次世代のシステム開発を実施していき事業拡大を図るため、これらを担う人財を募集しています。また、当社としてもメガバンクのお客様に対してさらに深耕を行いたく、そのため提案や管理が出来る主任クラス層の人財をお迎えしたいと考えております。

メガバンクの対顧客系システム開発プロジェクトにおけるメンバーの一員として、アプリケーション開発、インフラ開発など、幅広い領域でのシステム設計と開発を担当していただきます。

また、保守開発だけでなく、システムの将来構想を踏まえた次世代のシステムの提案等もお任せする予定です。

・プロジェクトの保守・運用

まずは5名程度のチームに入っていただき、PL/PMのもとで担当プロジェクトの大枠の流れとチームタスクの理解をいただきます。

ご経験に応じて基盤構築や、プログラム・システム開発などの企画へ徐々に業務を移行していきます。

チャネル領域が多いので、コンタクトセンタ、営業店システム等のご経験は歓迎いたします。

・各ステークホルダーとの協業

ビジネスパートナーさんを含めて、フロントSEとして沢山の方々とコミュニケーションを取る機会が多いです。技術を学ぶことも大切ですが、お互いの相互理解を深めながら各ステークホルダーと関わりを持って成果物を創出いただきます。チームの中でプロジェクトの流れを覚えながら、各ステークホルダーが問題なくタスクを進められているかなど進捗の管理や運営の方法を身に着けていただきます。

将来的には小規模(5〜10名)のチームを率いて、メガバンク様向けシステムを支えるシステム開発・保守運用を行い、将来的には大規模システムのPJを取り纏めをお任せをしていきたいよ考えており、プロジェクトのビジョンと計画書を作成し、期待される納期・予算・スコープを守るために、チームメンバーを牽引してプロジェクト推進することで、担当する事業領域に貢献していただくことを想定してます。

・単純な基盤の提供だけでなく、業務特性やシステム特性、非機能面を踏まえてアーキテクチャを検討し実装していくことになります。

・いずれは大規模案件のPMや、金融機関システム事業領域の責任者・経営者としてのステップアップも可能。

1.配属組織/チーム

2.リモートワークが可能です。リモートワークが可能な環境が整備されており、多くのメンバーが週2日から3日の出社と在宅勤務を組み合わせた柔軟な働き方を実現しています。ただし、本番環境へのアクセスはお客様拠点でのみ可能なため、必要に応じて出社が求められる場合があります。一方で1on1など、職場上長とのコミュニケーションは十分に行われており、スムーズに業務に慣れるよう全力でサポート致します。
