【仕事内容】

「STREAMED」はデータ化を支える「Dock」と、

ユーザーが利用する「Streamed」の2つのシステムで構成されています。

Dockチームは、「STREAMED」の

コア機能である紙のデータ化システム「Dock」の開発を担っております。

オペレーターとAIの特性を活かし、正確かつ高速なデータ化システムを構築し、安定運用を継続しています。

事業成長に伴い、データ化依頼が増加しており、Dockのスケールアップが求められています。

今後は、データ化の仕組みを見直し、Dockをより柔軟で拡張性の

高いシステムへとリアーキテクトしていく開発を進めてまいります。

【具体的には】

・ 「STREAMED」は、「Dock」と「Streamed」の2つのシステムで構成

・ Dockチームは、紙のデータ化システム「Dock」の開発を担当

・ Dockでは、オペレーターとAIの特性を活かしたデータ化システムを構築

・ Dockのスケールアップが求められている

・ Dockをより柔軟で拡張性の高いシステムへとリアーキテクト

・ Dock開発チームのエンジニアとしてプロダクト開発を担当

・ システム全体に関わり、横断的な開発をリード

・ Dockシステムの開発・機能拡充

・ システムの安定稼働を目指したボトルネックの特定とリアーキテクト

・ 技術負債の解消と継続的なコード品質の向上

・ システムや部署をまたいだ開発を牽引し、機能の開発・改修を推進

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ Webアプリケーション開発に関する5年程度の経験

・ 2つ以上の開発言語を使用したバックエンド開発の実務経験

・ フロントエンドの開発経験

・ 開発プロジェクトをリードした経験

・ 開発プロジェクトの上流工程の経験および保守/運用の経験

・ 事業やプロダクトの抱える課題を明確にし、改善する施策を実行した経験

・ 長期に渡るプロジェクトの経験

・ チームに対してスキルやナレッジを共有し、チームの成長に貢献した経験

・ メンバーの課題を把握し、育成や教育、適切なアサインなどを行った経験

・ AIの開発経験もしくはAIツールを使用した開発経験

・ TOEIC500点程度の英語力をお持ちであり、今後さらに学習する意欲がある方

【給与】

年収640~950万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
