PIAZZAについて


私たちPIAZZAは、"人々が支え合える街をつくる"というミッションのもと、地域コミュニティアプリ「ピアッザ」の開発・運営や地域共創スペース「ピアッザ」を企画・運営し、地域の住民同士やそこで働くひとたちをつなぎ、リアルとデジタルを掛け合わせたまちづくりに取り組んでいます。

グローバルで進む都市化とともに、希薄化する地域内でのコミュニケーション、その受け皿となる地域コミュニティの減少を起因とした地域社会の課題解決を目指します。

募集の背景: "つくる" から "活かす"まちづくりへ


建設費高騰や人手不足により"ハード"主導のまちづくりが限界を迎える中、PIAZZAは従来の広告モデルから、"ソフト"の力でエリア価値を最大化させるエリアマネジメント事業へと大きく舵を切りました。コミュニティアプリの開発で培った「地域の人々のつながりの可視化」という独自の仕組みを基盤に、今後は、地域で暮らす一人ひとりの個性や活動が街の資産となる、人間中心の"まちづくりOS"へと進化させていきます。

本ポジションは、ユーザー体験をより深化させ、開発スピードを加速させるために、新機能の実装からアーキテクチャ設計、技術選定まで幅広く裁量を持って担っていただきます。少人数チームで基盤改善や技術的負債の解消にも深く関与でき、ユーザーとの距離が近い環境で、UI実装からCI/CD整備まで、一貫してプロダクトの品質向上にコミットできます。

仕事内容


・自社SNSのiOS / Androidアプリの新機能開発

・既存機能の改善およびユーザー体験の向上

・バグ修正および品質改善

・アーキテクチャ改善およびリファクタリング

・技術的負債の解消

・パフォーマンス改善

・UI実装

・CI/CD環境の整備

・コードレビューを通じた品質向上

・技術選定および開発方針の検討

※Android開発体制は現在強化中のため、Android経験者は特に歓迎します

※今までiOS中心の経験で、今後Androidにも関わりたい方も歓迎します

必須スキル


・iOS(Swift)またはAndroid(Kotlin)いずれかのネイティブアプリ開発経験

・モバイルアプリの設計・実装・運用のいずれかの経験

・Gitを利用したチーム開発経験

・既存コードを理解し、改善・機能追加ができる開発能力

・iOSとAndroid両方の開発経験

・アーキテクチャ設計の経験(MVVM、Clean Architecture等)

応募概要


給与

給与:人事制度に基づき、経験・スキル・担う役割等を踏まえて決定

固定残業代:月20時間分を含む(超過分は別途支給)

昇給:年2回(5月・11月/評価に基づき実施)
