<職務概要>

当社では「SIGNATE Cloud」という全社レベルでDX推進を可能にする実践型人材育成サービスを提供しています。

プロダクトの価値を最大限にすることを考え、技術で開発をリードしていただける方を募集いたします。

仕様や設計はもちろん、自ら手を動かしてコードを書ける能力が求められます。

将来的には、開発現場の知見を持ちつつ、他メンバーとの密なコミュニケーションを通じて、開発チームをリードしていくことも期待しています。

<職務詳細>

・技術やアーキテクチャ選定

・開発チームの生産性の向上

・Gitおよびタスク管理ツールを利用した開発

・コードレビューを通じた品質管理

・開発チームの技術的なチャレンジの推進

・Ruby on Rails,Goを使ったWebアプリケーションの実装開発

・Pythonを使ったマイクロサービスの実装

・React, Vue 等を用いたUI実装

・API設計 / DB設計

・IaCのインフラの構築 / 運用

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・フルスタックエンジニア(Webサービス開発経験)

・バックエンド (Ruby, Golang, Pythonいずれか) での開発経験 8年以上

・フロントエンド(React, ) での開発経験 2年程度

・Dockerを使った開発経験

・DBスキーマ / API 設計の経験

・AWSを用いたインフラ構築の経験

・CI/CDを用いた効率化の経験(Bitbucket Pipeline / GithubActions など)

・セキュリティレビューへの対応経験
