ティールームのホール業務やケーキの簡単な製造補助など

ゆくゆくはお店での業務全般に関わっていただきます。

ホール業務

お客様の案内、オーダー伺い、

ケーキや紅茶などの提供、お会計…等の

接客業務全般をお任せします

手作りケーキやお菓子の製造

具体的には、ケーキ作りに必要な計量や

生地の仕込み、タルトの生地作成や

スコーンの成形、簡単な仕上げ作業など。

レシピや調理手順などは

丁寧に教えるのでご安心ください

店舗での接客・製造補助業務なので、

沢山のお客様に満足していただくため、段取り良く作業することに慣れるまでは大変だと思います。

また、製造補助はスコーンの生地を伸ばしたりオーブンで焼き上げたりと力仕事もあります。

接客やお菓子づくりの補助、どちらもいざ仕事として始めてみると大変に思われることもあるかも知れません。

そんな中でも、イチから始めたスタッフも今は慣れて活躍してくれています

1つ1つお教えするので、分からない事は都度聞いてくださいね

シフト制

【販売/ホール】

  • 9:00~18:00 11:30〜20:30 1h休憩

【製造】

  • 7:00〜16:00 1h休憩

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万円 〜 21万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万5000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
