仕事内容

当社グループの連結財務諸表の作成等をご担当頂きます。 主な業務は以下の通りです。

・連結決算業務(海外子会社等とのコミュニケーションを含む)

・IFRSに準拠した連結財務諸表(含む注記)作成

・グループの会計方針の検討・策定

(会計基準に基づいたグループの事業にとって最適なグループ会計方針の検討・策定他)

なお、中長期的には、適性に応じてより事業に近い事業経理や海外拠点経理など

財務業務を担当いただく可能性があります。

将来的に会社の指示する業務への変更を命ずる可能性があります。

募集背景

当社グループでは、中期経営計画である2024事業計画において

GTCC( ガスタービン・コンバインド・サイクル)、原子力、防衛等の事業を伸長・成長させ

売上高を2023年度から2026年度にかけて約1兆円増加させ、5.7兆円以上とすることを

目指しています。

このような事業規模拡大の動きも受けて、国内外の子会社等を含むグループ全体の

財務諸表取り纏め部門である当グループにおいても、人材を募集します。

必須要件

・簿記1級もしくは上場会社での連結決算従事歴3年以上

・海外子会社との英文メールでの遣り取りを円滑に行える程度の英語力

・IFRSを含む経理全般を自己学習する意欲

・会計士資格もしくは税理士資格

・MBA

勤務時間 8:30~17:30(休憩時間12:00~13:00) ※フルフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

休日 ・年間休日126日(2024年度実績) ・完全週休2日制(土・日) ・祝日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(最大22日/年)、 結婚休暇、出産休暇等 ・勤務地により休日振替あり
